Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer
A fixed return handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount
Customers are responsible for safely packing the product to avoid damage in transit

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Mandatory unboxing video
We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action (replacement or refund).

Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for wrong or damaged products

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed to bank account / UPI
Refund processing time: 8–15 business days
